Pros

People respect the decisions taken.
If one is under a right boss it is a very good organisation.

Cons

At times too bureaucratic and at times need to prompt to get work done.

    Pros

    There's always room for advancement if you give it all you got everyday it will pay off. What you put in is what you get back.

    Cons

    RAYMOND has a 1week shutdown every year in or around july. During this shutdown its mandatory to use your vacation so basically you better plan something in that week or you waste your vacation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees that do these jobs every day and be open minded. A lot of changes occur because it looks good on paper but if your just a spectator how can you really know that your way is better than your employees
