Good place to work right out of college, get your knocks in, and then move on elsewhere.

Cons

Politically oriented work environment. Information hiding, which exists for self-preservation, is the standard norm. Performance is expected to, and often does, come at the expense of co-workers. This place exhibits a very poor team-oriented environment. Creative solutions are strongly discouraged. Organizational changes occur constantly, keeping most employees off-balance with regard to job security. Lay-offs occur frequently.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management is really beyond repair. Bill Swanson has inherited a seriously dysfunctional company, and is clearly unable to lead the work-force towards any coherent goals. His management effectiveness is mediocre, at best.
