Raytheon – “Filling this out while I'm at work...”

Pros

Compensation for jobs well done are great -- individial acheivement awards are given to individuals who perform excellent jobs -- a nice peice of paper saying "individual acheivement award" and a little extra in the pay too. Flex time is great. Benefits are great. People are great. Facility gives great feedback on projects. Senior management is always concerned about making sure new hires like their new job -- they are very willing to move poeple around until they are content.

Cons

None that I know of -- except we're a defense company, so with Obama as president I'm sure there'll be a few layoffs in the future.

Advice to Senior Management

I love the concern of the Senior management for new hires -- Always making sure we're comfortable in our position.
