“Great exposure to the high level business world; however, I'd like to see more advancement opportunity.”
Current Employee – been working at Raytheon
Pros – NIce benefits, excellent work environment and good people. The least stressful job I've had so far.
Cons – Too many levels of mangement. Re-organizing every month, you can't keep up with who's who. Heavily dependant on DoD services which are being cut at the moment.
Advice to Senior Management – Slow down and transition out of the 'matrix' style of management. It was better 5 years ago.
