ProsDepending on the program, there can be plenty of opportunities. Pay is competitive and not all management is inept. Some jobs provide significant financial incentives beyond base pay. Positions available worldwide.

ConsAs with all large corporations, it's easy to fall through the cracks. The system for applying to new positions within the company appears to treat internal applicants the same as external applicants (you may not even get a call if your resume doesn't have whatever HR is looking for).
