Pros

You work with a lot of stupid Managers who don't know what they are doing. So you can chill out all day.

Cons

Dum people, 95% process, 5% actual doing work. Lots of people who have meetings all day everyday and accomplish nothing. This goes on for years and knowone seems to care.

I didn't believe it until I got a job there. They have more useless people then any company I have ever seen, who sit around and do nothing, and get paid $$$ for it. All you can do is laugh about it, cause when you tell upper management about it, nothing changes. Its just this companies corp. climate.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up, the wool has been pulled over your eyes and you are blind to whats going on. You could be doing most of your projects for %66 percent less
