I worked at Raytheon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good projects available with strong requirements. Some work expected is on a tight time frame. Not full attention to time it takes for high quality product development.

    Cons

pay could be better, but improving

I have been working at Raytheon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are flexible work hours along with the 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off, provided you work the standard 9 hours a day on the other days within that 2 week span). Also, the job security is pretty good.

    Cons

The compensation is on the lower side, there is limited career growth. There is also little recognition for those who perform at higher levels since senior management doesn't necessarily value those who excel more than someone who is performing at an expected level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better compensation and recognition for those who consistently outperform their peers

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
