    Pros

Good compensation, good benefits, challenging technical work

    Cons

Too many layers of management, too much regional protection of work, clearing out of senior talent in lieu of junior engineers when RIFs occur.

    Pros

Good Health Benefits as well as dental and vision. Also a 401k plan with company matching up to three percent. Regular hours and some overtime available.

    Cons

Easy to get lost. Layoffs can come without notice. Once in a position it is very difficult to move to another job.
