Pros

Very exciting technologies and rewarding results of your hard work

Cons

Too many hours and sacrifices without a proportionate amount of recognition and rewards (e.g. Bonuses, Salary & Job Grade increases, etc..)

Advice to Management

Go above and beyond to take care of the staff that bend over backwards to make your programs successful in order to hold on to their services and benefit from their amazing contributions

    Pros

The pros of the job are good benefits, flexible 9/80 schedule, smart people to work with, career growth, interested in helping you succeed.

    Cons

The work get's clustered in areas of the country, so one place has way too much work and another doesnt have enough which them results in lay-offs.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to try to spread the programs evenly throughout the entire company, so there are not pockets of the company with little work which then can means layoffs.
