Pros

good start for an engineering career. if your technical interest align well with the primary products of the company, you'll be fine.

Cons

hard to share information within the company. legacy technology.

Advice to Senior Management

six sigma is cow manure. if you are so proud of it, report it to the shareholders how many billions you saved by forcing employees do the projects.
