Former Employee - Never Was Told in South Tucson, AZ

I worked at Raytheon full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

There are no pros that I can think of. After trying many years to understand what HR meant by perception, I finally quit. Everyone I worked with was quite happy with my work and wanted me to stay. However, when I talked with HR about problems, they gave me no advice and told me to quit.

    Cons

Lots of insecure people work there and do everything possible to make those with talent look bad. Everything is based on "perception" including moving up, raises, and possible violations. They also expect you to work very long hours (50 or more) if you are salaried.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None I can think of. Besides if you do give advice and they don't like it, they'll find someway to discipline you.
