Pros

- excellent incentives for the employees (lunches and raffles)

Cons

- upper management needs to acknowledge and pay attention to entry-level employees, alot of age discrimination goes on here.

I have been working at Raytheon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule: half Fridays or every other Friday off Good benefits Mostly nice employees Interesting line of work Company willing to rotate you between jobs Promotes diversity & inclusion

    Cons

Because Raytheon is a government contractor, it is a long process to get promoted. Raytheon is a very traditional "check the boxes" to get promoted company. While it's partially based on merit, you won't get promoted even if you're already doing the job as a rockstar if you don't meet the 10 qualifications, such as longevity. (Must work between 4-6 years to get a level 3, 6-8 for a level 4, etc).

    Advice to Management

Allow your stars to shine and get promoted, so they don't keep leaving where someone else will pay them what they deserve.
