I worked at Raytheon full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Awesome overseas travel, stable career

Cons

Large company, make your own work (read) while waiting for clearance or new assignment

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Might try to have a smaller company "atmosphere" if at all possible

I worked at Raytheon for less than a year

    Pros

OK place to work. Took us for Christmas lunch.

    Cons

Worked on a big government project - Management recruited external company to find areas to improve within team. External person was quite rude and very bossy. The whole team was not happy about this. ( a lot of micromanagement too).

    Approves of CEO
