    Pros

FLEX TIME, Medical benefits are some of the best I have ever seen, 15 days of vacation/sick days for new hires, you can take vacation days whenever you want no restrictions, Great clean facility in Mckinney, nice people, security for parking lot

    Cons

Cafeteria food not the greatest for a vegetarian, but you can go out for lunch,

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to the quiet guy, he can be the one with the knowledge that the talkative dumb people exploit. Continuing education budget shouldn't be restricted to people you like.

    Pros

Near full benefits for interns (including 401k).
As a summer hire, 46 hours of PTO are given in advance.
    Pay is extremely competitive.
Options to work on projects right away.
    Chances to obtain security clearances.
9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off) is brilliant.
The company is currently on the upswing after having some layoffs a few years ago, so its good to get your foot in the door now.
Overall positive atmosphere, with a good mixed bag of people from different disciplines/cultures

    Cons

Lot of red tape, and managers are often out of touch with employees.
Average age for an employee is supposedly 47, so be prepared to be at least 10 years younger than everyone you work with.
A lot is expected of you, even as an intern. Be prepared to spend a lot of free time teaching yourself things; no one is going to help you with the basics here.

    Advice to Management

Spend some more time with new hires! When I first started I was pretty much dumped in a cubicle and was told "go". Fortunately I'm a pretty independent person, but I know plenty of people who would have floundered in this position.
