    Pros

Decent compensation/benefit package, flexible work hours.

    Cons

Too many bosses, solving shortages by throwing additional hours to employees instead of hiring new ones. Big talk about loyalty towards the company, but there is no loyalty towards the employees.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in training, listen to your own advice to your employees.

    Pros

Strives to be ethical, lawful and honest. High technology products allow interesting jobs for engineers. Strives for continuous improvement in its operations. Strives to put the customer first. Strives to deliver high quality products that meet the customer's needs.

    Cons

Continuous improvement also causes frequent reorganizations and the resultant uncertainty, confusion, and sometimes job loss. Politics among the executives sometimes gets in the way of employees doing their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Re-organization is not always the answer. The aftermath of re-organizations is always confusion and significantly reduced efficiency and employee focus on doing their jobs. Focus on making your current organizations more efficient. Its much better in the long run.
