Pros

Typical Aerospace company. If you work hard you get rewarded. If you are a slacker and dont work you loose your job.

Cons

Lots of unexpected overtime on short notice. Not all employees are treated equally. All companies do that. I would say it is above average in the way employees are treated.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. Some employees are advanced on personality rather than talent. Other than that all is good.
