Raytheon – “Good work environment”

Pros

The team environment at Raytheon is very good. There is good and bad with everything you just have to know how to draw it out.

Cons

Sometimes you think you need more responsibility where some other times you don't think so. It is not clear what your responsibility is often.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should read the book Ideas are Free and make sure that they consult their front liners every now and then.
