ProsPaycheck, life/work balance, and health benefits.

ConsIncompetent and unprofessional management team from project level up to department level. No technical training, ability to transfer, or career advancement opportunities. My design section had 8 managers who all quit the company within a 5 year span. No innovation and lack of focus in business. Real engineering design work is performed in El Segundo, California. Management politics dominate throughout all project functions.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
