I have been working at Raytheon full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Large company, lots of places to move around.

Cons

Managers have no clue what they are doing. Upper management doesnt know who anyone is. Lots of grand plans, no plan for execution. You are a cog in the machine. There is no loyalty to employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop cutting out benefits. Stop telling us how its great to get less for the same work. Know the names of employees you manage.
