Typical large company

Engineer (Former Employee) Washington, DC

ProsStructured environment, somewhat stable in this environment

ConsCompany contracts aren't growing much outside of missile systems, leaving little room for professional growth aside from people leaving, benefit cuts to non-management

Advice to Senior ManagementReduce your bidding rates. There are a lot of people that don't really serve a useful function (i.e. safety officer that can't help employees who work onsite and send out annoying weekly safety tips). Also, HR only does the bare bones - several employees in addition to myself tried to contact them on both phone and email with questions. No response.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
