Challenging work. Good opportunities. Excellent benefits.

Human Resources will "side" with management over individual employees.

I have been working at Raytheon

    Pros

Raytheon has a great benefits package and competitive salaries. PTO, flex time, medical, educational benefits, profit sharing, a good co-op and intern program, etc., all contribute to making Raytheon a good place to work. Training is not only encouraged, but in many cases mandatory. Internal job site gives visibility to openings throughout the company (Raytheon is an international company)

    Cons

Raytheon is primarily a defense company. As such, we develop weapon systems. This is not some place I would recommend if you are a dyed in the wool pacifist. Also, most jobs require security clearances, so employees need to submit to US government background investigations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a causal analysis of turnover rates within the different business areas and geographic areas
