I have been working at Razorfish

    Pros

Creative environment, fun coworkers, interesting and challenging work, good benefits, great 'fringe' benefits (beer on tap 24/7, free bagel Mondays, fun parties, cool environment, current tools and resources), great office in downtown -- right on the bus line. Burgeoning social media team looking to grow.

    Cons

You will likely have to take a contractor role to start here, regardless of your experience. Agency tends to not hire senior people due to the inability to pay market rate. Seattle office is mainly digital media focused. Development work is primarily for Microsoft. No creatives in the Seattle office. Most Seattle projects are not 'advertising' or 'creative' in nature - more retail oriented.
