“Not what it was...”
I have been working at Razorfish full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – - Great vacation time and benefits (if you can use them)
- Stable
- big name clients
-some great mentors
Cons – -no bonuses or raises since Publicis took over; highly discouraging
-need to win some new business
-HR is worst I have ever seen; unresponsive, rarely seen in office
Advice to Senior Management – -Share your vision!
-make sure mid-senior employees have career path; lots of talk about this but little action
-values seem to be changing
