Current Employee – been working at Razorfish full-time for more than a year

Pros – At Razorfish you will get a ton of experience in digital and get a chance to meet with countless other companies. One of the best parts of working at Razorfish is how connected the company is with the industry. I feel almost ahead of the curve working there.

Cons – It's a very heads down environment. If you're looking for a social place this is not the company for you. It's a lot of work and a lot of serious people. Much of the day is spent plowing through work with little direction or interaction. This can obviously vary depending on your field as well as the client you're working on, however for the most part you need to be very good at managing your time and tasks on your own.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
