I have been working at Razorfish full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People who care about creating good work, a dedication to smart thinking based out of consumer insights and a great base of people to access knowledge on the myriad specialties in digital marketing.

    Cons

Too great a focus on company margin vs creating ground breaking work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Concern yourselves with making great work - balanced books don't get attention or bring in new clients
