I worked at Razorfish full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Smart people; Great Clients and plenty of opportunity for advancement. I loved the adventure and independence allowed for most of my career.

Cons

Holding company ownership; Oligarchical leadership - Holding company ownership has stifled the work and environment.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop working regionally and nationalize; Recognize revenue generation beyond the account team

    -Smart innovative people work there
    -Exposure to a variety of great accounts

    -You only work with Atlas
    -Client expectations sometimes are not set reasonably

    I have been working at Razorfish full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Benefits
    - Vacation can't be beat (15 holidays, 9 floating holidays and vacation)
    - Work life balance can't be beat

    Cons

    - There is absolutely no leadership
    - If you're one of the few chosen ones, life is set
    - No career opportunity for those not chosen
    - Management is out of touch

    Management only cares about themselves
