    Pros

For the most part, people are friendly and seem to know what they are doing but there are too many odd "brainstorm" meetings where if you don't generate input immediately, even if you are new, you are shut out of the process. Everyone is going a mile and minute and there is no way to ever catch up. I thought it would be similar to other larger digital agency experiences I've had but I didn't find it nearly as organized as the other agencies. On the plus side, the pay was decent.

    Cons

The interview process took forever but then there was really no on-boarding. I quickly found the environment to be extremely cliquey, with lots of booze parties where if you're not the prom king or queen, you don't exist. Although they do include freelancers in their events and parties, you might as well not even be there. The most confusing/challenging aspect was dealing with off-site managers and colleagues. It's very hard to understand a new process or be evaluated fairly when you've never even met in person!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Freelancers and permanent employees should all be on-boarded and managers should at least be in the same city.
