Pros

You will work with incredibly smart people, trying to solve very interesting challenges for big clients. The environment is highly collaborative, and teams thrive to do great work. Everyone cares, clients love it, and so do I!

Cons

Not so easy to get promoted. You need to be provided with the right opportunity.

Talent retention is highly important in this environment.

    Pros

    Razorfish has strong mentors/managers and a worldwide network at your finger tips if you take advantage of it. They are process oriented and a great place to learn about agency life.

    Cons

    In the Philly office it is all Health all the time.. can get really draining for creatives especially.

    Pros

    Wonderful, smart people who really care about your personal progress. Happy hours in office every Friday, bagels every Monday, great opportunities to grow your professional career and learn about different departments within the industry.

    Cons

    As with any large agency, there's some level of bureaucracy and the billing hours can be annoying.
