    Pros

Smart people, fun atmosphere and good clients. Vacation and benefits awesome.

    Cons

Severely limited ability to advance your career - easily get stuck in "process" purgatory. Workload not equal among teams or individuals. Salary not great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward individuals who are loyal and are your "go to" workers. Promote those who deserve it, not those who threaten to quit.

I have been working at Razorfish full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very, very smart people. Well positioned for the future of digital. Good work-life balance for an agency. Overall, people are exceptionally nice. Not a ton of politicking for a company of this size.

    Cons

An absolutely awful, pathetic place for women in leadership positions - just dismal. Women are not promoted, strong women are considered bitchy, vast majority of leadership is white men in their 40s. It's incredibly discouraging. Women are just not taken seriously.
