Razorfish Employee Review
Razorfish – “Not all that glitters is gold! You will get a better paid and more satisfying job somewhere else. Don't work here.”

Razorifish has bright, intelligent people and a unique culture of friendships that make working there pleasant even if the work is not pleasant. They are flexible wherever they can be in terms of schedule.
Cons
The same unique culture can be stifling as it becomes like high school with a bunch of friend cliches. There most certainly is a pecking order and you enter at the bottom. It should not be surprising that they make every new employee 'pay their dues.' My boss actually said that to me on more than one occasion.
They make up for flexible scheduling by often having very poorly planned projects which send people scrambling and stressing under bad management.
Advice to Senior Management
Reward people for working SMART, not hard. The project management I've seen has been really terrible. What exactly qualifies someone to be in that position?
I've witnessed 'constructive' feedback being given plainly in front of everyone (totally inappropriate) where it should have been taken behind closed doors.
Too much clout is given to people who are not qualified, but have been with the organization for a long time. (very much an Old Boys club) People from other companies have commented to me personally that certain presentations which were given made the entire company look foolish since the presenter clearly did not have a grasp on what is happening in the real world.
