Cons
80% of sales dept is fired for lack of performance within 10 months of hire. There were 42 people in my training class and just 2 are still with the company 2 years later. there are 20 sales agents in my office and 1 person is fired and replaced a month.
management is not support of employees if they are not making their quotas
very unprofessional
dont always do what is best for their clients
80% of clients cancel their contract or do not renew
Advice to Senior Management
you need to do what best for clients
you should have more support for sales agents. Dont have sales agents making cold calls. Its a waste of time and money, unprofessional. Be honestduring interview process. Turnover is high client retention is low.
management needs to support staff or assist in sales.
