I have been working at Real Time Resolutions

Pros

The environment for the most part is very relaxed. Don't have to work too hard to keep a job here.

Cons

Not properly rewarded for all the hard work that is done. Some of the upper level management are not professional.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better. Do not think you are so high and matter. Come down off your horse and do work instead of constantly talking to each other about unnecessary topics.

I worked at Real Time Resolutions

    Pros

You have a degree and can't find something better, many of the people are nice, fun holidays

    Cons

So-so pay, funky structure, lots of arbitrariness in decision-making (runs like a mom & pop business even though it's grown past that)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Behave more professionally while retaining the sometimes fun atmosphere

I worked at Real Time Resolutions

    Pros

Working at Real Time resolutions was flexible and great for young people. I could listen to my Ipod and radio while I worked

    Cons

Depending on what you are doing at real time resolutions, it can be rather dull. Also, it seemed that the compensation was below average unless you are very high up in the org

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more opportunities for progress and offer more feedback.
