“Unique place to start in”
I have been working at RealFoundations full-time for less than a year
Pros – A great company to start your career with in Europe and Worldwide.
Great top management et corporate culture, salaries quite competitive for the industry. Leader in its field by far compared to other practices.
Cons – The company is smaler in Europe than in the US where it is the biggest. Nevertheless, it makes the opportunities of progression more likely and offer a better potential for graduates.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on going that way !
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
