Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your heads out of your ..... and start paying attention to your dedicated hardworking employees & show them some appreciation! Do you even wonder why people who have been with RealPage for 10+ years are finally leaving??? Quit being cheap & pay your employees what they deserve! Hire more people instead of giving one person work that should be handled by 5 people (a team). Give your employees their lives back!

I have been working at RealPage full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Upper management is very approachable, and the new head of HR is making some great headway for change.

    Cons

It's a fast growing company and some of the management that got them here is not who will take them to the next level. Too devisionized which hinders communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to listen to their experts more. It's very frustrating to be hired for my expertise then not want to hear it.

    Pros

Company delivers real value to customers.
Team is smart, fun, and engaged.
You can be a apart of new and growing businesses and make a real impact.
Expansion of the San Francisco office has brought a lot of innovation to the product offerings of the real page suite through acquisition and local talent.
Lots of personal and professional growth opportunities.
Supportive work environment with minimal politics.
Beautiful location in the financial district. Soon moving to a great new location south of market near the freeway.

    Cons

So many products means most people in the company don't know all of them or what they do.
Integration of all products and services into a unified billing, sales, and service package can be tricky and time consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership team has a lot of great plans and strategy. My advice is to share plans and strategy more often to the team.
