I have been working at RealPage full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Pretty decent benefits and vacation.

Cons

No opportunity to give ideas or contribute to direction.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Chiefs need to talk to indians more and let us know what our direction is. Corporate or executive communication is almost non-existent.

Current Employee - Off-site Leasing/Service Agent in Carrollton, TX

I have been working at RealPage full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good Benifits
    Decent Pay
    Provide classes
    Promote from with-in

    Cons

Micromanaged (supposed to be rolling out software to watch our computer monitors soon...for "training purposes")
Monthly Performance Tests (from 3 different sources)
Always seem to be playing catch-up
Do everything they can to keep you in your seat.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While I can understand recording our calls and having them graded, our Team Leads aren't teachers and shouldn't spend most of their time grading, that's what QA is for. I also understand not wanting us to be doing random things on the internet, but when it's slow, what do you expect us to do? Sit there?

The absolute worst company and the worst boss I ever worked for

I worked at RealPage full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Absolutely none to share other than the few people who were genuinely nice and helpful. Some activities were fun. The often catered food and monthly birthday cakes were nice.

    Cons

Company strives for mediocrity and then celebrates it.
Avoid this company at all costs.
    Very high turnover.
Very critical and abusive managers who often throw their employees under the bus, and openly criticize employees to others (management and peers) behind their back therefore leading to rumors and negative feelings among peers and creating an atmosphere of distrust and hostility.
Total lack of interdepartmental cooperation and communication. Job expectations not commensurate with salary.
HR is a big joke and totally pro management. Don't look to them for help.
Benefits and PTO are severely lacking.
