Current Employee - Account Manager in Carrollton, TX

I have been working at RealPage full-time (less than a year)

Pros

I love my team. We work hard to help out our clients; not to mention my Director is amazing.

Cons

We no longer host the United Way fun day on site anymore, no more birthday cakes like we used to, and no cafeteria on site. It seems that we have gotten away from the team-building "fun" activites that we used to have as a company.

I worked at RealPage full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

They did pay me a salary. Mediocre one, but I guess I am to blame for accepting the offer.

    Cons

So if you work hard and get the "exceeds requirements" rating, you will get around 4% annual raise. If you get "meets requirements" you will get 2.8% raise.
Of course there is no bonus at all. I mean, true, the upper management does pay themselves bonuses, but I'm taking about people doing the real work.

So basically the reward for hard work is a daily latte. After two years of being treated like this I just gave up.
