I have been working at RealPage full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Pretty good pay, a chance to increase pay, and a good space in between calls

Cons

Trainers and management are condescending towards those on the bottom

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep in touch with your trainers and managers. Sometimes their words can cross the line between being effective leaders to being workplace despots. It can really wear down those who can make the best of employees.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO
