    Pros

The employees here are very talented and there are many opportunities for advancement. This is a very stable job with good pay and decent benefits.

    Cons

The culture is NOT like most tech companies in the bay area. If you are looking for a cool tech vibe, this is not the place. They do not go over and above to show their employees appreciation.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

There are some good programmers in this company.

    Cons

There are no long-term prospects, because the management is strongly focused on sending engineering job overseas (India and Philippines).

The employees in Asia get better benefits, which I admit is not difficult given how ridiculous the benefits are offered to US employees.

The US programmers are forced to participate almost every day in evening or early morning calls.

Some of the people in the overseas team seem to have a lot of attitude. US employees have to adapt to foreign culture and work standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every time you people move one of American jobs overseas, one person from senior management should renounce their US citizenship.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
