Pros

The best reason to work at Realestate.com is that you do get some leads and you can have closings from those transactions. A good place to get started in a new market.

Cons

The commission split is insulting for the industry, the best leads are sold to referral network brokers, some of which will be your direct competition. There is no support, the leads tend to be unqualified (the same quality of leads could be gleaned from any website) and the company is slowly collapsing in upon itself.

Advice to Senior Management

Be honest with agents, recruit only those that are new in the industry and try not to sell all of the quality leads in a given market to non Realestate.com agents.
