Current Employee – been working at RecoverCare full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – individual staff members are positive, helpful and courteous.

Cons – increasing healthcare and benefit reductions, no cost-of-living or other pay raises.

Advice to Senior Management – The key to great management is giving people personal responsibility. Give as many freedoms as possible and have very few rules, very highly enforced.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
