Red Cross – “A learning experience”

Pros

In-depth research opens your eyes to what's going on outside your bubble. Great people to be around and generally a very positive environment. I am also a Muslim and they were more than happy to accomodate my praying needs that would occur throughout the working day. This said a lot to me about Red Cross as a workplace and how it values and treats its employees.

Cons

Some times you get disheartened because it feels like your work is being appreciated by the Red Cross team but not the general public
