“American Red Cross San Diego/ Imperial Counties Chapter is a great place to work!”
Former Employee – worked at Red Cross part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The upper management is very appreciative of employees, interns, and volunteers. Everyone is very friendly and happy to be there. Their happiness translates into a strong work ethic and a great work environment.
Cons – Because the American Red Cross is a non-profit, it has limited funds and it is technologically challenged. I had to work with outdated computers and software. (Although its CDOC is state of the art!)
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
