ProsFlexibility to work around my other job and school.
Always meeting interesting people in your own community.
Doing good for the community.

ConsDummy-proof curriculum. This gets really boring to teach.
General confusion as to who should be contacting you with details for courses.
Decrease in capturing market share.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease your market share within your communities whether that be through better marketing, support or by meeting the changing demands.
