Wonderful organization to work for

Telerecruiter (Former Employee)
Omaha, NE

I worked at Red Cross part-time for less than a year

ProsGreat atmosphere. Fun place to work, good vibes. Gives you a great feeling to get up and go to work every day knowing that you are helping save lives! Provides awesome benefits, and the most flexible scheduling I've ever had at any employer.

ConsNot the best for the worker not fond of telemarketing or telecommunication jobs requiring sitting on the phone for the entire shift.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe a bit more on top of helping employees understand their status as far as the attendance policy and point system.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
