Cons
Management is incompetent
There are no consequences for incompetent or toxic employees
They continually promote poor performers
For the most part, senior management is not suited for their positions
They cannot retain qualified staff
Advice to Senior Management
Hire qualified candidates for all positions and get rid of poor performing managers
