“Great Company to Work for - those who complain don't want to work!”
Current Employee – been working at Red Door Spas
Pros – Company Reputation, professionalism, technology, advancement op., professional enrichment, great work environment.
Cons – Work/life balance is difficult-upper mgmt aware and working on changes (they listen to their employees). Benefits expensive.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to work on work/life balance for field managers and improve the benefits available.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
