Pros

-the wonderful people who you encounter every single day

-the office perks, creative freedom, and encouragement you receive from management

-the travel to interesting locales across the country and occasionally overseas.

-valuable friendships forged in a small amount of time

-Management involved, approachable, and friendly

Cons

-little transparency as to the hiring process

-sorority/fraternity-like atmosphere, could be a plus if you're into that type of environment

-lines between work/personal life seriously blurred and eventually destroyed

-long hours

Advice to Senior Management

It would be helpful to be a little more honest and truthful with feedback, or at least be honest with ECs about what skills Red Frog is looking for at that point in time, so it isn't as much of a personal bewilderment to ECs as to why they didn't get hired when the internship ends.
