Red Hat – “Not so good as Red Hat in US”

Strong growth in each quarter;
Fairly good working environment but exclude remote offices;

I take this job when I saw so many good feedback from this website. But I'm wrong because the business environment locally is not the same. Political disruption makes the business not well. Limited information sharing, bad communication and poor marketing. It has not built up an effective platform to run business smoothly.

Advice to Senior Management

Better teamwork is very important to help the company get a stronger position in the local market. It takes time to cultivate the market and don't put too many limitation in the early stage.
