“The best company EVER!”
Current Employee – been working at Red Hat full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Interesting technology, autonomy, small company feel with big company perks, working with some of the best technical minds in software, the sky is the limit for career growth.
Cons – Would be nice if travel was planned for more in advance. Seems like a lot of last minute decisions in that regard.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep killin' it!
