Pros

Good engineering staff. Friendly and easy going work environment.

Cons

Horrible, terrible, awful health benefits. Must be amongst the worst in the industry ..... if it isn't _the worst_.

Advice to Senior Management

FIX OUR DAMNED HEALTH BENEFITS.
